Amazing. Dr. Colleen, nurse Becky & Receptionist Stephanie. My IUD went smoother than my first one. Super kind & professional, Stephanie helped me with insurance things as well. This whole visit was astounding. Thank you ❤️

After calling the West Bend location and talking to what now seems to be like the only unpleasant worker there, i was told they did not take care credit, do payment plans, or offer assistance when i asked about how someone with no insurance could go about getting an IUD put in. I was left feeling discouraged after that phone call, but still went ahead and scheduled an appointment online for a telehealth video conference consultation to get some more information on my options. My appointment was this morning and from the very beginning, all three of the ladies i spoke with were exceptionally kind and helpful. One of them assisted me in signing up for temporary coverage under a family planning assistance option that they DO offer (no thanks to that first lady 😅) and each lady guided me through questions and information they would need to make it happen. But the end of the 20 minute call, the nurse told me to come into the health center right away, as we could get the IUD installed immediately. Upon arrival they took my temp, had me sign consent forms, and inserted the IUD same day, less than an hour after my telehealth consultation appointment. I was astonished. EVERYONE there was so professional and helpful and welcoming. When i got to checking out, they informed me that this 12 year IUD was graciously installed WITH ABSOLUTELY NO COST TO ME. For someone without health insurance that expected to have to pay like $1300 out of pocket, i cried the entire way home i was so grateful. The ladies at this health center are amazing and kind and truly change lives. I feel so blessed and relieved, its almost overwhelming. If you are in need to help or assistance with family planning stuff or lady issues, please dont hesitate to at least contact them and see what your options are. They WANT to be able to help and they are good at it. Planned Parenthood of West Bend just changed my life, no joke. I am incredibly grateful.
