My wife and I have both worked with Dr. Dishman for over a year now and we have loved all aspects of that time! Her acupuncture sessions are amazing. She is a wonderful listener and listens to all you have to say to really deliver back what matters most in your interests. The staff at IH is also wonderful, kind and warm. Thank you IH for being such a wonderful place for our family and our healing.

This place is pretty scammy and was not at all worth the $ spent. First of all, the front office woman Jacque is an absolutely miserable person to deal with. Condescending, rude, and entirely unhelpful. To the point where I considered reporting her. (Of course, she will likely write a long extenuated rant in response to this... shes made me and my family feel extremely uncomfortable.) Dishman helped me improve 1% at best, but the majority of my health issues are yet as unresolved many months onward from treatment and their care. Great place if you are OK with spending money and being scammed, but otherwise horrific and to be avoided.

I got my husband back! Allergy season used to knock him out for 4 months. This year he had moderate symptoms for only 1 month. So grateful!

I went to Dr. Dishman initially because I was interested in acupuncture to help with my bodies inflammation. Instead of just doing the acupuncture, she wanted to figure out WHAT was causing the inflammation. Ive never had a dr. try to figure out the root of the problem--I am so use to just trying to treat the symptoms. After a bunch of blood test I found out that I have a gluten allergy. All these years of upset stomach, cramps, bloating, sluggish feelings--GONE! I had no idea that gluten was an issue for me, but rather thought my stomach issues were just another fun thing my mom passed down to me. While I miss gluten, I certainly do not miss the way that it made me feel. I am so thankful for Dr. Dishman for wanting to find out the cause & not just treating the symptom.

I have been a patient of Dr. Meaghan Dishman for 4 years now and she has changed my life in so many ways. She is the most effective, intuitive, and caring doctor I have ever had. Dr. Weintrob has changed my life. After taking the time to ask the right questions and several tests recommended by Dr. Weintrob, she helped identify the root cause of my pain. Dr. Weintrob is simply amazing. I went to her in the beginning because I was not getting cycles. She put me on a treatment plan that included supplements and acupuncture. Flash forward to now and I’ve been had 3 cycles in a row which hasn’t happened in years. I started seeing Dr. Weintrob this year after many years of discomfort and unexplained gut issues, that I just thought were normal until I was in so much pain I could barely eat anything. She is very thorough and in the beginning it was overwhelming because I was tested for so many things - food intolerances, gut issues, hormone functionality, etc. But looking back on the process after six months, I am so grateful that I took the plunge and seeked help. Im feeling so much better every day, I feel like I understand my body much better, and realize that Im still on a journey to my optimal health. I appreciate the holistic approach that Dr. Weintrob takes, to really understand the underlying causes and work on healing, rather than just treating symptoms as most in the medical field do. I would recommend a consultation with her to find out your options and get an opinion from someone other than your primary care doctor. Also, very grateful that Dr. Weintrobs office works with my insurance, which reduced the overall cost of my visits, so I could spend more money where it counts, such as on the medical tests and supplements that are making me feel better.

Dr. Weintrob is very professional, caring, and has the expertise and disposition to address the root causes of many health issue(s), in my case Crohns disease. She did not discount the advice that my GI doctor gave, but helped me sort out the pros and cons and provided me with a much broader overall approach which has worked for me, kept me from needing biologics, and has me feeling much better than I had in a couple of years. If you have a chronic illness and you want more than symptom management, functional medicine, and Dr. Weintrob in particular, may be a good choice for you.

I WASNT READY TO DIE!I went to Dr. Weintrob after a full year of living with constant nausea and diarrhea. At that time I was losing nearly 2 pounds a week and becoming so thin that there wasnt left much to lose. My body was so weak I had to brace my weight against the podium in order to teach a class at COCC.My primary physician at St. Charles in Redmond didnt think there was a real problem. She showed no interest in the cause of my nausea and diarrhea, never ran any tests to discover what was causing them, and just gave me medications to reduce the symptoms. It was clear to me that if I didnt find a way to stop whatever the problem was, I was going to die soon. Thats when I went to see Dr. Weintrob. I wasnt ready to die.Today, I am healthy, happy and grateful for the help Dr. Weintrob has given me. She initially tested me to determine what was the problem (a gut full of nothing but very bad bacteria). Why wouldnt my medical doctor do that? And then gave me the supplements I needed to heal and supported me every step of the way while I did. Dr. Wendy Weintrob helped me with so many health issues that my previous doctors had never taken seriously. She helped me get all the right tests and assessments so we could figure out what was really going on with my body. I was suffering from hormonal acne, anxiety, and chronic constipation. After being told to lower my stress and eat more fiber for years, I decided to see a Naturopath to see if I could get different results. With Dr Weintrob I was able to discover I had SIBO, as well as some hormone imbalances and some vitamin deficiencies. With the right tests, supplements, lifestyle changes, and natural remedies that Dr. Weintrob helped guide me through, I now have regular bowel movements for the first time in about 12 years (I am 22) and my hormonal acne is gone completely! I owe her so much, she truly listened and worked with me to find the root of the problems I was experiencing, and fixed them! My quality of life has greatly improved under Dr. Weintrobs care. For the past 9 years I have struggled with chronic sinusitis. My ability to sleep, exercise, enjoy the outdoors (and my daily life) were all negatively impacted. Prior to seeing Dr. Weintrob, I endured an unsuccessful surgery which left me with unanswered questions and only bandaids to treat my sinus issues. I was destined for a life of daily steroids, inhaler use, and constant rounds of antibiotics. Dr. Weintrob has worked collaboratively with me to heal my gut and minimize inflammation in my body. In a short amount of time (5 months) my sinuses have drastically improved and my body is starting to feel healthy and well again. I have not needed an inhaler AT ALL in the past two months. My nose is no longer chronically stuffy and I am enjoying uninterrupted sleep at night for the first time in years. Dr. Weintrob listens and understands. Dr. Weintrob’s functional medicine training and testing, along with her insight and experience, deliver targeted therapies specific to one’s health needs. One test showed that my hormones were extremely low for even a menopausal woman. She prescribed two hormone replacements and two adaptogens for regulating my cortisol levels. The effect of these is nothing short of amazing!! Adios anxiety, brain fog, and sleeplessness! Instead of feeling like I am dragging through the day, there is a pep in my step! I feel wonderful! Two other tests revealed underlying causes of inflammation which are also being addressed to improve my health significantly. Dr. Weintrob’s caring is her focus; she wants the best for her patients as she efficiently optimizes their health so that they can get on with their lives.

This is a long overdue review for Dr. Weintrob. She has truly changed my life. I started seeing Michelle last year when I was experiencing severe anxiety and a full body skin rash that was a 10/10 on the itchy scale. Through her knowledge, testing, and guidance I have completely reduced both the anxiety and skin rash through nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle modifications. She has also helped me heal from leaky gut and SIBO (although I am still on this healing journey). She is AMAZING and I refer people to her all the time. I have been seeing Dr. Weintrob for over 7 years. Ive always been prone to catching the flu, seasonal colds, and lung infections. Inspired Health is truly inspiring! I remember one of the first things Dr. Weintrob said to me is Why feel good, when you can feel great? And its so true! I came in with signs/symptoms of low energy and my mood was blah (sometimes worse than blah), I was getting sick frequently, I had gas/bloating very regularly which sometimes was so severe I was doubled over in pain, and my PMS symptoms were challenging. In the past Id gone to my primary care physician and was told nothing was wrong because nothing showed up in a traditional blood panel. I thought it was normal to live like this not only because thats what Id been told by healthcare professionals but also because it was normal for other members of my family. I thought it was normal to not feel great. After working with Dr. Weintrob at Inspired Health (and doing some work on my own - this isnt a take-a-pill-and-leave kind of place), I feel infinitely better. Were in the process of healing my gut - turns out I have both SIBO and leaky gut - by changing what I eat, exercising more, getting outside, meditation, being with my people (virtually right now), herbs, all the things. I have been a patient of Dr. Weintrob for 6 months, and I highly recommend her approach to wellness. I initially came to her for help with hot flashes and thyroid issues. It took a couple of months and a LONG application to get that first appt. but it was worth it. I recommend you do your own research on functional medicine before that first appt, because she takes that first 10 minutes and talks very fast about the basics of functional medicine. You can come armed with your own personal questions, which she would love to answer!I opted for 3 of the 4 tests she recommended, and spaced over 4 months, was able to get back important data about how my organs were processing food ( or not for that matter) and releasing hormones. Dr. Weintrob takes very detailed notes about your personal health, and is able to combine the lab results with her extraordinary knowledge of complex relationships within your body, which produce symptoms you may not have thought about. My science mind likes this!Bottom line, I followed the suggested protocol of supplements, and dietary restrictions, and feel so much better. In just one month my gut was not talking to me all day, I was feeling more energy, slept better, had less anxiety, less hot flashes and just felt more balanced all around. I also opt for the monthly acupuncture sessions with Dr. W, which I highly recommend for a little me time to get your energy flowing. She rocks.I am a firm believer now in functional medicine. I am focused now on the pillars of health ( nutrition, sleep, exercise and stress). I take my daily supplements and am on the path to better health in my 50s.

Our whole family began seeing Dr. Weintrob last December and we have made huge improvements in our health. I was very sick when I went to see Dr. Weintrob, including pain in multiple areas of my body. A shift in diet and supplements from Dr. Weintrob have changed my life! I don’t do reviews, but in this case I’ve made an exception. People need to be told about the difference that Functional Medicine has made in my life. Without meaning to be too graphic, my entire adult life I’ve had “rabbit pellet” stools, constipation, and abdominal pain. Dr. Weintrob ran tests and discovered that I had SIBO. She worked with me for several months, and now all of those symptoms have been alleviated by treating the SIBO. What a difference the treatment has made in my life. No longer have abdominal pain (thank heavens). That was torture. No more pain. Also, I used to have hypoglycemic symptoms of pure panic if I wasn’t able to eat on a regular basis. Nowadays, I know when it’s time to have a snack, but am no longer in a panic about it, or grumpy. My husband appreciates that! Neuralgia has improved as well. Familial tremors have subsided (unless I drink caffeine). No more afternoon “slumps” as I have steady energy the entire day. My whole life has been blessed and improved thanks to the excellent care and education provided by Dr. Wendy Weintrob.

Ive been going to Michelle for 3 years and she has been both creative and innovative so far as treating you as a whole body person rather than just a body with symptoms. Telemedicine now (10-year patient) of Dr. Meaghan Dishman, since her move from North Carolina to Oregon. Video/voice contact works great--wont even consider changing. Only difference is inability to do acupuncture over internet. Best doctor Ive ever known, head and shoulders above contemporaries across multiple disciplines/specialties. Caring, brilliant diagnostician, solved multiple medical issues internal medicine and other doctors could not. Found causes of digestive, endocrine, orthopedic, and other medical issues, healed, prevented or reversed disease progression with her deep knowledge/photographic memory/keen analytic skills.
