Kat Starbird is a highly skilled practitioner on many bandwidths. Her combination of deep presence, energy work, and functional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, provides an avenue for all sorts of folks to heal in potentially profound ways.The treatments I have received from Kat have deeply nourished the feminine in me and the need to flow. I so enjoy every aspect of our sessions, from the way she holds space for me to express myself and my needs at that time, to thoughtful and divinely sourced reflection, and then the translation of all I have expressed into our acupuncture/energy work session on the table. I always leave feeling viscerally lighter and like I have honored my state of being and my journey on this planet. Many of my clients see Kat, I know I can recommend her with my eyes closed because I trust her ability to take care of people. 10 out of 10 would recommend Kat’s sessions!

Kat has both compassion for her clients and a breadth of knowledge about womens health and fertility, both from an Eastern and Western perspective. I felt heard and understood by her every visit, and her advice and sage counseling really gave me perspective and helped me work through my fertility journey on an emotional level, alongside the physical aspects - acupuncture, Chinese herbs, supplements and some minor lifestyle adjustments. After seeing her regularly for several months, we were able to conceive naturally - almost three years after we started trying (I have endometriosis) and only days before my first IVF consultation.I dont know for sure why I was finally able to conceive, but I know that Kat helped me feel supported in a way that I hadnt over the previous years - and that was a huge part of my journey! Im thankful that I found her clinic soon after my move to Bend and look forward to seeing her in her new space!

Ive just left my third (or fourth?) massage session with Molly and Im not lying when I say I didnt want it to end. Molly is a gifted and uniquely present body worker. Her work extends beyond the 3D offering gentle guidance to your energy that is so lovely I keep returning to receive from her. Today she held me and the space around me allowing me to move forward in stillness as I grieve the very recent loss of my stepfather. Shes a calm, wise, and comforting being and I love her healing work.

Kat is one of the most phenomenal practitioners Ive ever worked with. She is extremely thorough, attentive, present and supportive. I recommend Kat so much! I came to her when I was really fed up with many years of chronic period pain and what Id call, garden variety anxiety. The only solution Id be offered was typically getting back on hormonal birth control which was a no for me. Kat and I had a really long and thorough intake chat about my physical symptoms as well as my emotional experience, and she was really generous with all of her knowledge of Chinese Medicine. The woman knows her stuff and loves explaining things in detail, if you are a nerd like me! Not only were the actual accu sessions energizing and relaxing (depending on what I needed) but the herbal treatments Kat prescribed me made a significant difference even in just one full cycle.
